As previously blogged this years JBoss World Keynote presentation included an amazing demo showing off jBPM 5. Burr Sutter who was leading the demo has put together a screencast version of it where you can really see the software in action:
jBPM Designer was used here for both modelling the executable business process as well as monitoring.
